Mr. Saeed al Mheiri
Mr. Saeed al Mheiri obtained his LL.B (Hon’s) degree from the University of Aljazeera, Dubai, in 2016. Subsequently, in 2018, he was enrolled as an Advocate and granted permission to practice in the Dubai Court. With over 7 years of experience in the UAE, Mr. Saeed specializes in various facets of maritime law, including Ship arrest and release, Collusion claims, bunker claims, Marine Insurance and P&I claims, as well as Commercial litigations and Real estate disputes.
His extensive expertise involves advising a diverse clientele, ranging from ship owners, P&I Clubs, Ports authorities, to real estate companies across the UAE. Mr. Saeed amassed valuable experience working at a prestigious shipping law firm in Dubai, where he honed his skills. Prior to this, he served in the Intelligence department of Dubai Customs, contributing significantly to his comprehensive understanding of legal complexities in the region.

M Saddam’s practice focuses on Charterparty and bill of lading disputes, Arbitration, cargo claims, cargo indemnity claims, inter-club agreement claims, Hire and off-hire claims, bunker claims, speed and consumption claims. Insurance claims, Ship arrest and release, sale and purchase claims.
He advises ship owners, charterers, P&I Clubs, and traders in relation to issues arising out of , charterparty and bill of lading disputes and other commercial agreements. Drafting and reviewing contracts.
M Saddam has an Honors degree in Law, ARU, Cambridge and LLM In International Maritime law from Swansea University, UK. He has many years of experience working with Barrister Ajmalul Hossain QC and Shipping Lawyers, Bangladesh, in the Maritime filed.

Mariam Al-Hamid
Legal Assistant
Mariam Al-Hamid is a detail-oriented legal professional with strong academic and practical foundations. She earned her LL.B (Hons) in Commercial Law from Middlesex University in 2022 and completed an LL.M in Legal Practice at the University of Law in 2025. Her studies emphasized practical and commercial law, including ADR, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Intellectual Property Law.
Professionally, she has worked as a Legal Assistant, supporting case preparation, research, document drafting, and client communication — demonstrating precision, organization, and multitasking in demanding environments. Combining academic excellence with hands-on experience, Mariam seeks roles that involve complex legal work and foster growth across local and international frameworks. She is capable of contributing effectively to litigation, corporate, or regulatory legal teams.
